Monterosso Select is our farro, with unique properties, rich in proteins, fibers, potassium and vitamins. A naturally organic cereal since as thanks to its leaf mass it can be grown without the use of fertilizers and pesticides, and is well suited for nutrient-poor soils, resisting low temperatures and parasites.
